We The People of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs #208/1999 are asking that all those who recognize Dr. Malachi Z. York-El as their Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird "Eagle" a blood descendant of Annie "Sun Beam" the Seminole wife of Ben York of the "Lewis and Clark Expeditions". We the people of the Yamassee Native American Moors of the Creek Nation do proclaim our Commander in Chief to be Dr. Malachi Z. York-EL © TM. We seek a remedy to the current injustices and demand our Maku: Chief Black Thunderbird "Eagle" be tried in a court of his own peers, Native Americans.
