The Villages at Twin Pines Condominium Association was formed in 1997 with specific By-Laws and Rules and Regulations that all Residents are required to comply with. The Board of Directors is required by section 1.00 of the By-Laws to manage the Association in a manner "that protects and furthers the health, safety and general welfare of the Residents of the Community."
The By-Laws and Rules and Regulations were written to protect the Owners investments and maintain the quality of life in the Community.
The continuing violations of the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Community have a potential negative impact on the aesthetics of the Community and property values.
We, the undersigned, call on the Board of Directors to properly enforce the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Association as they are identified and detailed in the Public Offering Statement dated September 19, 1995 and the subsequently created and implemented Rules and Regulations.
