Seth Rollins violated a stipulation of the world title match at extreme rules which stated that the move known as the rko was banned from the match.
Seth Rollins won after the use of said move. The title should be held up pending investigation of said violation.
We the people of the WWE universe call upon the authority of the wwe to review and take action upon Seth Rollins and the referee of the wwe extreme rules p.p.v. world title match after Seth violted match stipulation rules stating that the move which he used to win was banned from the match.
