Hi, my name is Ashlee
I am Stephanie's younger sister. My sister was such an sweet, caring, and beautiful person. I wish people would have that side of her. In case some of you didn't know my sister was a victim of cyber bullying and rape. Which led to her death. She did not deserve any of this treatment she had while she was on this earth. I am so hurt that there wasn't anything I could do or help the situation before it was too late. I hope now she is finally resting and in peace.
In honor of death I have started a petition for victims of cyberbullying and rape. We need stricter laws and punishment for this kind of pain and torture. Suicide is the third leading death in the U.S. On an average, 1 person commits suicide every 16.2 minutes. Each suicide intimately affects at least 6 other people.
Our goal is 1,000 or more signatures to get the school board to consider stricter laws.
My sister would love to see other victims like her happy again before their action of committing suicide and feeling like it is the only option. Also that their perpetrator or bully is punished and behind bars.
