STOP VETERINARY MALPRACTICE

Dear Ms Geranen, I have become aware that All Care Animal Referral Center and Dr. Robert L. Rooks have been involved in malpractice, fraud, negligence, etc., that has caused serious injury and death to several animals.

I urge you to revoke his license and live up to your mission statement. You are there to protect animals and the consumers so please see to it that these animals who have suffered so horribly get the justice that they deserve. We as consumers trust that you enforce the laws. This veterinarian has a long history of complaints and is still open. Please see to it that this veterinarian does no further harm to any other animal.
