According to the universal declaration of human rights approved on December 10, 1948 and conspicuous rules of international human rights law you agreed to enforce, any person who legally or illegally enters your country and willfully submits a frivolous political asylum application with the intent to obtain immigration benefits will be returned to his or her home country and permanently barred from reentering your country in the future.
However, the Tigrayan People's Liberation Front (TPLF) stationary bandit currently ruling Ethiopia has been sending Tigrayans who have strong connection with the TPLF to your country and assisting them in the process of submitting fabricated material information, in order to get asylum status and stay in your country
The TPLF has been committing very serious crimes and human rights violations against innocent people -- the Oromo people, the Amharas people, and other ethnic groups -- since it usurped power in 1991. Now the TPLF has expanded its horizon and began deploying its seemingly legal refugees into committing various criminal activities in your country to stifle our struggle to liberate our brothers and sisters suffering under TPLF rule. The current assault against the Oromo activist in Australia and the illegal bond sale in the United States justify our argument.
Your country was established on unique and unquestionable ideas and values such as freedom, equality, tolerance, and diversity. To ignore what is going on in Ethiopia would strictly violate the fundamental principles on which your country was established. Your own law clearly states that a person seeking political asylum based on fabricated material information could face dire consequences even if his or her lie is not discovered right away.
Therefore, we, the true victims of the TPLF, ask you to embrace the highest principles of law you vowed to serve, investigate the background of the Tigrayans, who got immigration status through fake documentation, and subject them to civil and criminal penalties irrespective of the unscrupulous attorneys and immigration consultants who scam immigrants into submitting frivolous asylum application.
