Background (Preamble):
The residents of Valley View residing on Tinkers Creek Road have received a letter of intent for the sale of the current Ladds Sherwood Forest Party Center to a buyer wishing to convert the Party Center to a Resident Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center.
This would allow Project 12(tentative name) to house drug and alcohol addicts in our back yards while they complete a 12 step rehabilitation program. We believe this type of establishment poses a risk to the safety of our residential neighborhood.

"We, the undersigned, call on the Village of Valley View, to not allow zoning changes which will permit the potential buyer of Ladds Sherwood Forest Party Center to convert it to a Resident Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center, and jeopardize the safety of our neighborhood."
