We, the undersigned, call on the officials of The Kentucky Department of Transportation to install a traffic light at the intersection of Us 23 and Town Branch Rd in Floyd County, Ky.
After several traffic related deaths over the past several years have occurred in this exact same location, we as a community feel that it is the duty of the Department of Transportation to take safety measures to prevent further, senseless loss of lives!
