Many of the people in the community know as Parkside Commons, which is in Onondaga County, in the the city of Syracuse, in the State of New York have been victims of Police brutality, harassment and threats for much to long.
The evidence we have that supports these allegations are in the form of pictures and video tape, which have collected over the past year. Officers of the law threatening and physically abusing tenants in this community on a regular basis. Many have lived in fear of reprisal from these officers. This is a violation of our Civil Rights.
Thus affirming it is common benefit to the people of Parkside Commons , we strongly encourage all serving Representatives and Senators of this legislation to:
1.- lead in an aggressive investigation and immediately dismiss all Officers involved in any and all misconduct.
2.- Compensation for any persons physically and/or mentally harmed by the actions of the officers.
