Stop the Federal Government from taking $9 billion away from mining companies.
This money should be re-invested in the mining industry, not used to provide a massive tax break to major companies (Telstra and the big four banks will get a $380 million tax break from this!).
We, the undersigned, call on the Federal Government to not implement the proposed new Mining tax and to continue the current State-based royalty system as the main form of mining royalty.
