Background (Preamble):
Mile One Urban tavern located at 1140 10th Ave SW is planning on erecting a tented beer garden during stampede week (July 4th-13th, 2008). The tent will feature live music and DJ's until 2AM.
The noise created will without a doubt contravene the Calgary municipal bylaw 5m2004 as well as the AGLC license.

We the undersigned petition the AGLC to deny Mile One Urban Taverns request for an extended patio or place restrictions on said request to comply with all City of Calgary noise bylaws.
