Since the start of the Israeli offensive July 8, the latest figures show the death toll from fresh Israeli aerial and ground attacks against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip has risen to at least 866 and over 5,200 others injured.
Israeli forces have been bombing everywhere in the Gaza Strip including hospitals and UN-run schools, in which many Palestinians have sought refuge.
According to UN estimates, the majority of victims are civilians. To be more precise; 74 percent of the killed are civilians,” Kyung-Wha Kang, Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and UN Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator said. “One third of civilians killed so far are children. One child has been killed each hour in Gaza over the past two days."
Meanwhile, a humanitarian crisis is looming large as Gaza hospitals are running low on basic medical supplies.

We demand an end to the U.S. government’s unconditional diplomatic, financial, and military support of Israel that enables the occupation of the West Bank and the blockade of Gaza. Israel’s use of American supplied weapons, in its aggressive war on Gaza civilians violates United States laws – namely the Arms Export Control Act and the Foreign Assistance Act.
