Background (Preamble):
Mt. Hope/Helix Heights Residents Association has reviewed this Project at the September 6,2007 meeting and voted to not support the Project.
1.Issue of the “No-Turn” northerly from eastbound Market Street, Quail Street, 40th Street and 41st Street; or, westbound there is no southerly turn on to Raven Street. NO SUPPORT.
2.Issue of the apex at Boundary Street and Market Street needs to be flatten out on grade to improve visibility, safety and maintain north left turn on to Boundary.

We, the undersigned, oppose the aforementioned medians on Market Street, and ask the Mayor and City Council to deny this Project in its totality.
