Petition to stop the construction of the proposed accommodation facility for people with an intellectual or cognitive disability who have been accused of committing an offence.
The construction of such a facility in a residential area with a high proportion of young families is beyond belief and we as residents believe it should not be built so close to schools and a day care centre.
We the undersigned call for the construction of the proposed justice centre accommodation facility at 48 Wanaping Road to not be constructed in this residential area.
