I am a 68 year old senior that has Diabetes, Lactose intolerant and hypertensive. I have been stuck on Ward's Island since June 14, 2013.
I am supposed to be able to obtain housing from the "City", yet I have received nothing. Just conversation and nothing else. I cannot eat the food at any time, so I am hungry most of the time. I do not understand why I am on Ward's Island ? They have nothing for me, so why am I here?
I want the State Supreme Court to hold the "City" in violation of The Americans With Disabilities Act sec.2 and sec.202 of this act. I would like a money award against the "City".
