The media for the most part has reported on what the issues are surrounding this highway, but has fallen short as to what can be and should be done to resolve the issues, hence the reason the group feels the need to make a documentary. The more understanding the public has about the issues, the easier it will be for the group to convince the government to act and regulate this company’s behavior with consumers."
We, the undersigned, call the 407 and the Supreme Court of Canada to revise the collection process and re-activate all licence plates in denial due to outstanding fees by the 407.
We also would like the 407 to change their clause which indicates that they can and will charge interest for the next 15yrs from the last date the account was used, which is absurd as no other company has been able to get away with it.
