Sterling Development has proposed “Sterling at Silverleaf,” a mega complex of 213 condo units and additional commercial space at Legacy Blvd. and Thompson Peak Parkway, adjacent to the Village Health Club. (Parcel T4-B)

Their plan calls for five 5-story buildings with towers up to 75 feet tall. (Originally they had 7 buildings, but they connected 2 of them via sky bridges so they could claim there are only five buildings). All of this is on a tiny piece of property--only 5.75 acres.

This development is completely out of character with the surroundings and the adjacent McDowell Sonoran Preserve. This enormous complex will not only obscure views, add traffic, and increase noise, but also negatively impact home values in a dramatic way.

A group of area residents has been working diligently to stop this giant high density, high rise condominium project from being approved. An appeal has been submitted to the City of Scottsdale Board of Adjustment to deny this development. There is a strong legal case
to prohibit these condos from being built.

We need your help in stopping these condos. Let the City of Scottsdale know you oppose the Sterling at Silverleaf development by signing this petition.

We, the undersigned, call on the City of Scottsdale Board of Adjustment to prohibit the development of the Sterling at Silverleaf high rise, high density condominium complex.
