Build a Stop Sign on North side of Deep Canyon Drive

For drivers, Deep Canyon Drive is a shortcut that gets you to Benedict Canyon faster. There are never any police officers on the street, allowing drivers to go as fast as they want, worry-free. They barely stop at the few stop signs that are posted, and speed up when they are going downhill.

For the residents of Deep Canyon Drive, every day is another event. Turning on your signal to go into your driveway is a hassle, simply because the other drivers do not want to slow down to let you get into your home comfortably. Within the past few years, over 5 major car accidents have occurred, robberies have taken place, and just recently an incident that took the life of an innocent animal.

And most of these events could have been prevented if two aspects existed: Police officers circling the Deep Canyon block, and most importantly, a stop sign to be mounted on the North end of the street.
