I want to and will before I die, fix the sexual offense laws which almost ruined my son.
Yes sexual offenders should be held accountable. But everyone and anyone especially 21 and under should not be guilty until proven beyond a reasonable doubt they are guilty.
We the people of this Great United States, need to change how we charge sexual offenders UNDER 21 unless it can be proven to be a non consensual assault.
Peoples lives are being ruined my son's almost. Laws are too loose and allow wrongful accusations.
We need to change the law to protect our young. 15 yrs on the list will ruin your sons' lives.
If your son is accused, chances are he will have to be on a list for 15 years which will ruin his life.
