Residential lot located in the 800 block of Cherokee and School Streets, is currently being occupied by numerous vehicles in a manner that the undersigned believe to be not only illegal, but as an eyesore to the neighboor hood.
The lot contains, old campers, vans, cars, RV's and trailers. And at times, vehicles inspections and or registrations have been expired.
We the undersigned, call on the Fountain Hill Borough Zoning Board, to take action against the owner of the afore mentioned parcel of property.
We ask that if the lot is currently zoned as residential, it should stay as such. We, the undersigned, also ask no variance to a change of zoning request be granted as it will not benefit the neighborhood or the community.
And last but not least, we the undersigned ask the zoning board to have the owner of the afore mentioned parcel of land remove all vehicles and debri from said parcel within a reasonable time frame.
