On January 10, 2011 Town council will be holding a meeting in order to determine the approval of a builders permit on BlueBerry Trail and Admiral Drive.
This permit was granted previously and has since expired leaving the site a filthy dessater and potential hazard to wildlife and the community for 5 years.
The allowance of this permit would require the further destruction of the small but beautiful green space across from the entrance to the protected cross country trails. This space has been the home to a abundance of appreciated wild life.
We, the undersigned, call on the city to revoke this permit and instead demand the building site to be restored to its natural beauty.
