There is a lot of congestion between certain roads in Solihull. Solihull Council brought in PCN's but have been issuing them to homeowners on these roads instead of the real culprits.
It is a pain for people who visit the houses on these streets as they end up getting a PCN.

We, the undersigned, call on Solihull Council to eliminate PCN's for residents living on that road or nearby.
