STOP Palestinian state grab at the UN

חברי כנסת נכבדים, עצומה זו מתבססת על ההבנה, כי פעולות עתידיות של הרשות הפלסטינית, בפנייתה אל האו"ם ובקשתה החד צדדית להכרה ב"מדינה פלסטינית", מהוות הפרה בוטה של הסכמים קודמים עליהם חתמה עם מדינת ישראל. לפיכך אנו מבקשים מכנסת ישראל לפעול בהתאם לאינטרסים של מדינת ישראל, בטחונה וכבודה, ולהתחיל בהליכי חקיקה אשר בסופם יועמדו להצבעת הכנסת חוקים אשר מטרתם:

1) ביטול של כל ההבנות וההסכמים אשר נעשו עם הרשות הפלסטינית;
2) סיפוח של ריכוזי אוכלוסיה, אזורי בטחון ומקומות קדושים בשטחי יהודה ושומרון.

יתר על כן, אנו קוראים לכנסת ישראל להתחיל בהליכי החקיקה בהקדם האפשרי, על מנת שאלה יעמדו לעיני הרשות הפלסטינית ויציגו בפניה את ההשלכות המעשיות אשר יגררו פעולותיה העתידיות, ותינתן לה ההזדמנות לשקול מחדש את פעולותיה המתוכננות לחודש ספטמבר הקרוב.

To the honorable speaker and members of the Knesset Israel’s House of Representatives,

This petition bases itself on the understanding that the Palestinian future actions in seeking UN recognition of statehood this September is a gross violation of previous accords between the State of Israel and the Palestinian Authority. We therefore request the Knesset act in its interests, its defense and for its honor in enacting two pieces of legislation to be presented on the floor of the Knesset and voted upon;

(i) Termination all previous accords and agreements made in good faith with the Palestinian Authority;
(ii) Annexation of population centers, security zones and religious sanctuary in Judea and the Shomron

Furthermore we urge the Knesset to initiate these proceedings as soon as possible so that the Palestinian Authority understand the real consequence involved and have an opportunity to reconsider its actions come September 2011.
