We MUST stop the government from removing sites we use for communication, entertainment and information!
Piracy is an issue because it is stopping the music and movie artists that work so hard at what they do from making the correct amount they're entitled to BUT, why should our favorite sites be taken down? Because of a few bad apples? I don't think so! Stop piracy; Keep social media!
Apparently just because some people do illegal things online, everyone suffers for it...
The US government (mainly) is trying to pass a law stopping online piracy which is great but along with that law is an end to social media sites like Twitter and Facebook. Something has to be done for three reasons...
1. This is taking away our right to free speech.
2. The world communicates through social media!
3. Millions of people work to operate these sites... if these sites go under, millions will be out of work meaning even LESS jobs in this horrendous economy.
Don't let them take our last little bit of freedom...
