Many people receive unsolicited sales and marketing phone calls and texts at home and in the workplace.
I am calling for stricter regulations to govern these calls whether from home or abroad.
I support Martin Vickers' campaign for stricter controls on organisations that make unsolicited marketing calls or texts to homes and workplaces.
These organisations should be more closely regulated so that we should have to 'opt in' rather than 'opt out' before receiving these calls.
Organisations that do not stick to the rules should face stricter penalties.
