Gas prices are outrageous now a days. There is a cap on most products on the market. Toys R' Us was busted for raising the prices of their merchandise.
The government will at times get on the gas stations but only when it gets too out of control.

Petition:
My petition is for the government to put a cap on the sale price of gasoline. We seem to have no control over oil on a big part of society.
I think it's time that greed be put to a halt. The gas companies already make plenty of money. American citizens are dependant on the sale of gas therefore it will always be on the market. I along with many other American citizens are tired of the rising gasoline prices. It varies so much from day to day. It's time something is done about it.
