Stop the Proliferation of Alcohol Establishments In The Glenville Community

Alcoholism has had a devestating effect upon the quality of life of the residents of the Glenville community:
It has destroyed family units by being the underlying cause of failure to get and keep employment, which has also lead to mumerous incidents of domestic violence upon family members.
It has lead to numerous violent incidents between and upon residents, which has lead to loss of life, liberty (due to incarceration), or devastating quality of life disabilities.
Devastating health effects: Alcoholism has caused numerous automobile accidents (which have lead to loss of life, and devastating quality of life disabilities) esophogeal cancer, permanent liver damage, brain damage, dementia, etc.
According to the State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control, 89 liquor permits have already been issued for zip code 44108.
We the undersigned residents of the Glenville community, in an effort to stop the further proliferation of alcohol establishments in our community, submit this petition to the attention of the State of Ohio Department of Liquor Control .
