This system detains individual for years in the Harris County Jails for crimes the District Attorney Office is unable to link person to, their goal is to hold a Young minority individual until they become weary of being confined and agree to a conviction which will devastate their life forever, because minorities are not offered Acquittal, Dismissal, Misdemeanors, or Probation, they're offered State Jail Felonies, Texas Department of Correction (TDC) long time.

The District Attorney in Texas will also place false charges in the file to make the person appear to have prior charges when they present the case to Grand Jury seeking an indictment, which happen to my son, I discovered false information, informed the State Attorney who replied it was an error by the District Attorney, but it no big deal if my son didn't get in anymore trouble. I found out the District Attorney planned to use lies during the punishment phase if my son had gone to trial, when I requested the lies be removed the State Attorney told me the District Attorney Department was not going to remove it and to this day the prior offenses is still in that file which is intended to be a hinderous.

I have attempted several times to speak with the new District Attorney Pat Lykos in Houston, have been stonewalled by secretary and others, this is the typical treatment for minorities in the State of Texas when we are attempting to be heard. The minorities that are targeted for these Injustice are Working People and Indigent, folks who don't have the money to pay the astronomical Bonds that are set, therefore your Love One remains incarcerated indefinitely, while the family pays for an attorney if possible, pay for parking to visit, which you may or may not be able to do, you send commissary money for your Love One to be able to purchase specific items at a astronomical charge, Sounds like a Lucrative Business?
