Stop Genocide in the DRC

Since 27th October 2008, news report in the DRC is increasing interest and concern. We are aware that Tens of Thousands of people have been forced to flee their homes in Congo and they have now desperately looking for food, shelter, security and medical care etc. In January 2008 over 250.000 Congolese have become internally displaced by the "War that never Stopped".
Laurent Nkunda Batware leader of the rebel faction, which is marching on Goma, was indicted for war crimes in September 2005 and is under investigation by International Criminal Court. He said that he is sympathetic to Tutsi government of neighbouring Rwanda. Both the Congolese Government and rebel forces are equally guilty of massive rights abuses in the present conflict.
This is the reason why I urge that United Nations, International Community to issue an Executive Order providing clear message to Congolese Government, Uganda Government, Burundi Government, Rwanda Government and rebels forces to end War in East of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In addition I urge Barack Obama Administration to call for the appointment of an Independent Commission while the power to hold hearings and issue subpoenas to fully and investigate all reports of Genocide of 5.000.000 people, inhuman and degrading treatment in the DRC.
Finally, as called for by the UN Convention against Genocide, I ask that the United Stated of America to fulfil its obligation of providing legal remedies and condemn atrocities in the DRC. Genocide is illegal even in East of Democratic Republic of Congo.
If the U.S. is to spread freedom and democracy, it must show the world it can do so while holding firm the basic human rights.
