Philadelphia and Montgomery county, has made me Father by default. A female who has been trying to get my attention for years stole my social security number, pretty much my identity, managed to get pregnant, and blamed it on me, Philadelphia sent a certified letter to the wrong house.
It did manage to get to me, i went to the courthouse, and they wouldn't give me a Pat Test. After this i went to North Carolina for some business, when i came back, i was named father by default. So I'm pretty much supposed to bow down to this hideous form of extortion for the female and the government.
All men that are being accused for being a father to a child from a women they either don't know or haven't had sex with.
