Domestic Violence is taking Freedom from Women, Children, Men, and Entire Families, Mothers, Fathers, Siblings etc.

We, the undersigned, propose the passage of a Law instituting a Criminal Backround check on both the Male and the Female to find out if they have ever been convicted of a Domestic Violence or Child Molestation. If either party has, they must tell the other before they get Married.
