Stop Dan Burton from succeeding Henry Hyde to Chairmanship of the powerful HIRC

This petition was published by USINPAC on Mar 21, 2005

This is to register our concern about Representative Burton's efforts to succeed Henry Hyde to the Chairmanship of the House International Relations Committee. There are serious allegations against Mr. Burton's ethical breaches in campaign finance, his incendiary anti-India rhetoric and the meaningless Hearings he conducted, from time to time, at the expense of the US tax payers. We believe that these and other issues disqualify Mr. Burton from serving as the Chair of the House International Relations Committee.

Support USINPAC - devoted to defending the interests of the Indian American community. USINPAC will be submitting this petition with your signature to Members of Congress who will be voting to elect the next Chair of the House International Relations Committee. So make your voice heard and sign the petition!
