US outsourcing giant, Concentrix, have carried out certain tax credit functions on behalf of HMRC since winning a £75m contract in June 2014.
Mistakes made by the company are leading directly to serious financial hardship for constituents, exacerbated by the fact they are impossible to contact other than through a hotline run by HMRC who cannot speak for Concentrix or often even give an update on the status of a case.
We, the undersigned, call on the HMRC to stop sourcing their work out to US companies that have no idea what they are doing! So HMRC not know what to do?
