We, the undersigned, call on the members of the New Orleans City Council, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin and recovery director Ed Blakely to take all necessary steps to stop the big box retail development in the Mid-City and Bayou St. John neighborhoods proposed by Victory Real Estate Investments, LLC.

We the undersigned do not want any big box retailers in this neighborhood.
