Bell Canada is notorious for over-billing, over0charging on services, never giving the consumer what was promised. Locking you in to a plan and then never being able to communicate with the same people again with that department, and charges are never removed from the a consumers bill. Poor customer relations, passing us back and forth until we spend hours being passed along from one person to the other and it never resolves the issues.

Trying to leave Bell and they still maintain that they never receive word that you have switched, and want restitution for monies not owing due to the unprofessional way Bell Deals with the consumer.

WE THE UNDERSIGNED REQUEST THAT THE CRTC AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT STOP THE UNETHICAL BUSINESS TACTICS OF BELL CANADA.

WE THE CONSUMER ARE TIRED OF OVER-PAYING BELL FALSELY REPRESENTING THEMSELVES TO THE CONSUMERS AS WELL AS OVER-CHARGING THE GENERAL PUBLIC COSTING THE CONSUMER OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS OF MONEY FOR THE USE OF PHONES, CELLULAR PHONES AND SERVICES THEY CLAIM IS ONE PRICE AND TURNS OUT TO BE QUITE ANOTHER.
