We have been a Vaughan resident since 1999. To see this development take place will drop the value in our homes in the area significantly.
We already have a traffic congestion in this area and to put a development of 20 town homes will add another significant amount of vehicles in this area. This will completely obstruct our view in entering and exiting our driveways. This is completely taking away our privacy on the South side of or home.
To me this is completely not thought out at all and people have become very greedy on how to earn a dollar but then to cause hardship and distress to all the neighbors in the area.
If they want to develop these lots I think 4 - 5 homes would be reasonable and acceptable, instead of congesting a small pocket.
STOP THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF 20 TOWNHOMES ON KEELE STREET.
THIS WILL DEVALUE ALL OF THE PROPERTIES IN THE AREA.
