Every person at some time in their lives have been affected with ignorant, selfish neighbours council/sublets who seem to think they are above the law when they have moved in to their house/flat and with total disregard to whether you have a children or up for work, school etc and insist on disturbing your life and mental health due to loud music, shouting, door slamming amongst other noises to all hours in the morning, without a thought for others.
I do not think there has ever been enough done through the years to eradicate the problem affecting decent peoples lives who just want a quiet life.
We would like for more laws to put a stop to anti-social tenants such as more solid involvement by the council/sublet owners/ estate agency, and for the council/owners/estate agencies to be more involved and to be made to be held more responsible for their property/lettings and for the council/ owners/estate agents to visit with their tenants due to their actions, and make them aware that if they they keep up with their anti-social noise disturbing other residents(three strikes) they will be evicted.
The police or noise assessors should give out on the spot fines to tenants who are caught causing noise disturbances.
