We as property owners moved to the area for peace and quiet, some for agricultural reasons or lower property taxes. Now this is being THREATENED by The Town of Lochbuie trying to annex into our community. Annexing will bring cheap housing with tax increase.
Property owners will be forced to pay for the mistakes made by the town. The Town of Lochbuie is currently in a lawsuit over wastewater treatment facility.
We are asking for your help to stop the annexation of any and all parts of unincorporated Weld County east of I-76 and North of Weld County road 2.
Let's keep our community the way it was meant to be free from City or Town government now and in the future.
