I know that in Countries in the Middle East they cut off the hand of thieves, yes maybe a good deterrent but over here it would be classed as barbaric.
And yes I know that I will probably be blasted because of Human Rights Campaigners, but I am fed up of hearing about Young People being murdered but then it's also not just the young but others are being murdered just for protecting their homes and Families.
We the undersigned request that the Government erect stocks in Town Centres for People(youths) to learn that they just can't go around stealing, maiming, and destroying People's lives and Property.
Perhaps this would deter the young that are impressionable.
