Stephen Harper promised during the very recent election to be less partisan. His weak economic statement including, the attempt to hamstring the other parties in future elections was partisanism at its worst.
He will never change his stripes. He is a mean-spirited, ideological politician who has brought the country to the brink. We are now faced with an unholy coalition that would be beholden to the BQ. The number of his strategic errors continues to grow....from calling an election that was illegal, to telling us the economic crisis means there will be some good buys, to alienating the arts community. His hubris knows no bounds.
He must resign and let someone more progressive and open lead the party.
Stephen Harper must resign as the leader of the Canadian Conservative Party.
