Step-Father to adopt Daughter

By allowing my Husband to adopt my daughter it will help her feel as if she actually belongs to a happy family. Right now she feels like an outsider because her last name is different and she does not want to be apart of her paternal abusive father. My husband has been a caring and loving Daddy to my 11 year old daughter for almost 5 years now and she is always asking if he can adopt her. I want the courts to allow this and to know that this is in her best interest. The people below, by signing this petition, agree with me and want this to happen as well. Thank you.
