Hey guys ,
It's unfair for us to move out of L and K block in such short notice. We have assessments and easter break is soon and I'm sure some of you have made plans. How are we going to move in like less than a week!?
This is not the first time the UCA has put students in this situation. Ofc, there is lack of space in Chch, but should we all be asked to move out in such short time and separated from our neighbours ? After all we pay a high rent to get a good accommodation. But they keep moving us around as they wish.
Sign this petition and we'll stay where we are now. We will bring this to the UCSA and even to the public/press
We, the residents / students of Block K and L of Ilam village do not want to move out of our flats in such a short amount of time, we request that the UCA takes steps to at least give us more time or let us stay here and place the workers somewhere else.
