Petition Background (Preamble):
After being bullied for years, Fraser Sutherland's oppressor has been allowed to return to St. Brother Andre Catholic High School, Markham, Ontario, Canada. The oppressor was expelled for only six months due to charges of assault.
The school board states that this bully has been reformed, and rehabilitated. The school and the school board have explicitly told the Sutherland's if they don't like the decision they can leave and go to another school. After paramount media coverage, the decision has not been overturned.
The oppressor's family, nor the oppressor himself have never contacted the victim or his family to reconcile their differences. The Sutherland family believe the decision is unfair and they have physical proof of online bullying again by this bully and his accomplices on the "Stand up for Fraser Sutherland" Facebook group. The board is aware of all these points of interest yet will not overturn their decision.
Fraser Sutherland's safety, and well-being is in peril due to the boards decision.

We, the undersigned, call on the York Catholic District School Board to reverse their decision to stop the oppressor that bullied Fraser Sutherland from returning to St. Brother Andre Catholic High School, Markham, Ontario, Canada on September 4, 2012.
