Five director positions were scheduled to be elected on November 11, 2015. On October 10, 2015 the Security Chairperson (a director), resigned (effective immediately), resulting in an additional director position to be filled.
On November 4, 2015, some board members decided, without a vote, and without proper notice of a meeting, that an election would not be held.
They maintain 5 candidates volunteered for 5 of 6 open positions and they are not required to hold an election.
The sixth vacancy will potentially be filled by appointment.
We, the undersigned, are concerned residents who petition the TCFOA board members to hold a special meeting to discuss scheduling a valid election for six directors.
