Special Immigrants (U.S. Government allies) are safe in the U.S but at risk economically and socially.

Special Immigrants, who worked for USAID/Afghanistan, U.S. Embassy-Kabul, Afghanistan, DoD and other U.S. organizations that have implemented U.S government programs and projects and hired local nationals in Afghanistan.

These professionals served the U.S. Government for several years in different professional capacities in Afghanistan. They are lawyers, medical doctors, engineers, accountants and specialists in different areas of expertise that have several years of federal government working experience in different areas of expertise. They have been issued “Special Immigrant Visa” by the U.S under the “Afghan Allies Projection Act of 2009” to permanently and legally immigrate to the U.S in order to be safe from Taliban and insurgents in Afghanistan due to their affiliation with the U.S Government.

Now, when these allies are in the U.S, they are safe. However, economically and socially they are at RISK in a way that threatens their life order.

This petition is to bring the voice and situation of these allies before the Department of State and its affiliated institutions such as USAID and DoD to enable them understand their zero attention from the entities there were serving in Afghanistan or their services are entirely forgotten while these people can be extremely valuable assets to make proper use of them based on their professions.
