I am starting a petition to encourage Pierce County to consider building an off leash area in the Spanaway, Fredickson, South hill area.
We make this request due to the lack of well maintained or acceptable sized off leash zones/parks for our K9 pets.
The current options are either 30 minutes away, a 1 hour round trip, or simple unkept dirt lots 20 minutes away.
We, the undersigned urge Pierce County to build and maintain an off leash area in or around the Spanaway, South Hill areas.
