Housing are complaining about a shortfall in homes for homeless people and people including young families that are in desperate need of a roof, so I have started a online fundraising page to get the housing to donate what is asked to home either 31 single people or 62 couples

I have started this petition for housing to show what the public say about my idea.

Complete:
£1,644.000 (one million six hundred and forty four thousand). Without any deductions after x10years solid rental income as a shared property.

Funding needed to.house 31 people at a minimum (without couples) would be £1,034.000 i can easily make that back over x10 years as shown above..

The project is massive as they will also get full help by professional people such as, social workers, employment agencys, doctors, dentists, people to help with anything else the client base will grow and grow.. and it will be a investment company which will give to charity and give taxes if needs be.

I have decided to start this because i live in a shared accomodation myself and i actually don't want to leave, everyone is well polite and the workers are very down to earth and the phone is going constantly asking if any rooms are spare for another adult in need and my accomodation runners have to reject and say no because they are full up.

If i manage to secure this funding then there will be another x31 bedrooms available for those in need of emergency/temporary accomodation or/and needing assistance with anything.

Also i just wish to a big massive thank you to everyone that drops a donation to help this project hit off and it will all go a really long way. THANK YOU.

Please sign to support this project and donate if you are able: 31 bedroom (all in) shared accomodation project which up to 30% of profit will be direct debited straight to charity of public funds via the petition page (most charity mention the profit will go to).. rest will be to pay for all council/pole tax, gas/eletric (unless eletric is solar panel). The remaining will either be held in a business account to buy more homes (for more bedrooms) or held into an account to help other public who wish to do the same thong as myself and don't have the available funds to do so.
