Shameless action of emirates staff

On 13th april 2016 at lahore airport on ek625 two old sick passangers boarding passes were snached from hand and OFFLOADED without any legel/social/moral reason.passangers were insulted and forced to sit on ground in front of immigration counters for hours with out medicien and water, reason imposed by emirates was hand carry dimensions with out measuring. Same hand carry was ok on same airport and at duabi airport on.8th may 2016 on same emirates airline. Customer.affairs @emirates.com did not justified snaching of boarding passes and illegel offloading and insulating and creating problem for two old sick passangers of different destinations.

What I understand from answer of customers affairs @emirates.com is a policy of airline for such shameless /shamefull /illegel/unsocial /illegle coverage of such civil terrorism actions to their staff.with out facts and proofs. Shame on the part of emirates airline on such facke action and investigation. Unbelievable shameless answer from customers affairs @emirates.com my pettion is to reinvsitgate whole matter with proofs and facts and legel action should be taken against culpert /cheater/criminal black sheep's like emirates airport services manager SHABAZ BUTT, at lahore airport thanks.
