Gmada launched the purab premium project scheme in 2012 offering 4800 flats. After draw of flats only 1680 applicants choose to be part of the scheme and all others surrendered their flats citing high costs and five year lock in clause to sell.
We the undersigned request the GMADA to waive off any service tax demand as a good will gesture and in interest of flat owners.
Further, PP brochure silence on service tax which existed at time of project launch implies that cost of flat is inclusive of service tax if any.
