Immigration Processing priority changes of September 2009 unfair

Result:

This petition has been closed as a success due to the recent announcement of the "Ministerial Direction No. 42 - Order of consideration - certain Skilled Migration visas" which means that a number of State Sponsored visas with occupations not on the Critical Skills List and that had Case Officers assigned before the September 23 2009 priority changes, are now being finalized.

I would like to express a harty thank you to everyone who signed this petition and supported our cause!

We, the undersigned, respectfully call to Senator Evans and the Department of Immigration & Citizenship to reconsider this decision and to apply fair practice to the recently implemented GSM immigration processing priorities and to allow the department to finalize applications already assigned to Case Officers.
